Saturday, August 27th, 2005…6 pm - 12 am Dinner/Dance
Embassy Suites Hotel 1000 Woodward Place NE, Albuquerque. Come get reacquainted with your classmates over a wonderful dinner, followed by music & dancing. Choose between 1) Chicken Saveour – oven roasted chicken breast with shitake mushrooms and leek stuffing served with sage butter sauce, OR, 2) Slow Roasted Prime Rib – served medium rare to medium with Au Jus and creamy horseradish, OR, 3) Cheese Ravioli with wild mushrooms, fresh spinach, tomatoes, toasted pinion, fresh basil and garlic in a chive cream sauce. All choices come with rolls, butter, salad, chef's accompaniments (starch and vegetable), dessert, coffee & tea. Mingling begins at 6:00pm, Dinner at 7:00pm, followed by music (DJ), Class photo at 8:30pm, and Awards at 9:30pm.
